Four of Palm Beach County’s most luxurious private clubs have invested over $120 million in premier amenities and expansions.

Living in these communities defines the luxurious lifestyle.

Home buyers attracted to the country club lifestyles have always found their way to Palm Beach and Martin Counties. With an abundance of private golf club communities, a select few have taken it one (ok, maybe a few) steps above the rest. Just recently some of the more traditional private communities have invested a considerable amount into the improvement and expansion of their clubs.

So how much is a ‘considerable’ amount, you ask? Well, BallenIsles invested $35 million into their clubhouse and other various expansions while Ibis dropped $37 million into a capital improvement project that included a Sports Village and one of the country’s most innovative clubhouses.

Admirals Cove committed $21 million to drastically improve its amenities and Mirasol put $35 million into its clubhouse, fitness center and five star resort-style pool area.

The days when an aesthetically pleasing clubhouse, good greens and a generous bartender was the perfect trifecta to attract buyers are far gone. Clubs are heavily investing in creating the most premier lifestyle with unrivaled amenities, services and social opportunities for its members.

While these improvements have most likely come at some costs to its members, it surely has not slowed down the real estate activity in these communities with homes ranging from $350,000 to over $10 million.
